Players and Team Concept
In Spring of 2008 PHD will be looking to ice three teams. Players born in 99, 98 and 97.
The Team PHD philosophy is to nuture a love of hockey and provide the opportunity for any player of any level to develop to "their own individual potential".
The focus of all of PHD's teams is the "team first" concept, followed by individual skill development and team play concepts.
All Team PHD players will have a guarantee of equal ice time. Team PHD is for players playing at or very near the 1 community level. There is no such thing as AAA at the novice or atom levels, thus PHD cannot be called AAA.
Team PHD Coaches
Team PHD coaches are certified professional coaches that understand the game and the PHD philosophy.
