Seven 45 min sessions starting Mondays in April and May at Springbank Park for All Seasons.

  • 7 Ice Times

Maximize your on-ice training with seven dedicated sessions tailored directly for stride development. Resistance stride development using skating chutes, plyo-bands, slow tempo stride development and extensive use of video.

  • stride development

Stride development requires focus and a real dedication from the player. A players stride is what makes them go. We will focus on individually breaking down each players stride and then adding or taking away stride components. Over these seven sessions, players will develop longer strides with efficient and complete recoveries.

  • video analysis

Video will be one of the main tools we use each session, giving real time feedback to all players. This lets players make immediate adjustments, thus making instant improvements.
